Once you've completed the form, please scan a copy and email it to grant@gametime.com or fax it to 423-648-5902. Once we receive the application, a member of the grant award team will review it and contact you to answer any questions, gather additional information, if necessary, and provide you with a preliminary matching funds estimate.
